Huski, designed by Elenberg Fraser, is an apartment building, boutique, day spa and gourmet produce store located at Falls Creek in the Victorian highlands.
The concave and convex window placement of the north facade highlights the dynamism of the building both in plan and elevation. This complex pattern creates a totally different perspective as the lodge is observed from east to west. On the contrary, the delicacy of the worn Australian timber (which is the material commonly used with local buildings) is calm and peaceful. Huski is accessible only during the summer and winter months.
